Going to the bar to order when you are visiting the pub, bar or restaurant with children can be tricky. Keep everyone seated at the table and order using your phone and let them bring everything to you. Not only that, the bar area can often be very busy, so avoid the queues and get your lunch time order in fast to avoid the queue! The service is perfect if you are on your own and don’t want to lose your table, or you don’t want to carry a large round of drinks back through a busy pub on a tray.

This page describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of our online ordering feature, hereinafter referred to as SKIP THE LINE, whether accessed from mobile devices in the device browser, through a PWA or through an application downloaded to the device.

By placing an order via SKIP THE LINE now and in the future, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Any use of SKIP THE LINE is thus subject to these terms.

By using SKIP THE LINE, you agree to these terms. If you are unable to accept these Terms, you will not be able to use our Services and you must immediately leave SKIP THE LINE.

1. Introduction to our services

We offer you the opportunity to place an order (Order) for immediate delivery of products (Products) offered at the café, bar or restaurant (Restaurant) from which SKIP THE LINE is accessed. Once the restaurateur has recieved the Order, a binding agreement has been entered into by you and the restaurateur on the delivery of the Products. Workflow acts on behalf of the restaurateur in connection with taking the order of the Product. The payment for a product within SKIP THE LINE, is a payment directly to the restaurateur.

2. Terms

These terms are subject to change without notice. You are subject to the terms, policies and conditions that apply at the time you order Products through us.

Your legal capacity.
By placing an Order you guarantee that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements with restaurateurs and that you are over 18 years old at the time of placing the order.

3. Alcohol

You accept and acknowledge that under the law on the sale of tobacco and alcohol to persons under the age of 18, it is prohibited to sell alcoholic beverages with an alcoholic strength by volume of 16.5% and above to persons under the age of 18 from retail stores.

If your order contains alcohol, you may be asked to document your age upon delivery of the Order. If you are unable to satisfactorily document your age, or if the Restaurateur reasonably suspects that you order Products containing alcohol for persons under the age of 18, the Restaurateur is entitled to decline delivery of the ordered Products to you.

4. Processing of order

Once payment of an Order has been completed, you have placed a binding Order which cannot be changed or canceled. Money cannot be refunded in connection with a binding Order.

In case of rejected payments, the Order will not be forwarded to the Restaurateur.

The Order Confirmation page, which appears upon completed payment, is a confirmation of a binding agreement between you and the Restaurateur. However, a binding agreement is contingent on the Restaurateur being able to deliver the Products ordered.

You will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to this Agreement through negotiations between you and

5. Prices

The prices for the individual Products include VAT but exclude our Handling fee which may be added to the total amount due.

We may charge a Handling Fee for use of SKIP THE LINE. You pay this fee in connection with payment of the Order. SKIP THE LINE fee is set at 0.00 DKK per order, however, we reserve the right to, at any time, change the Handling fee without notice. the current fee will appear on signs at the restaurateur as well as on SKIP THE LINE's website, www.skiptheline.dk and also in these conditions.

Payment of an Order must be made with one of the payment cards accepted by Service. Cash payment is not possible with SKIP THE LINE.

Due to the banks' procedures, as soon as you place an Order that you pay by credit card and your payment has been approved, your bank will "reserve" the full amount of your Order. If the agreement with the Restaurant, concluded on the basis of the Order, is subsequently canceled, the bank will not transfer the amount to us and will instead release the amount in your account. This can take between 3 and 5 business days (or longer depending on the bank). You agree that neither we nor the relevant Restaurateur can be held liable for the delay in releasing of funds into your account by the bank.

7. Copyright

All material used in SKIP THE LINE belongs to the Restaurateur or Workflow, except material supplied by a third party. No material, text, design, features, images or anything else may be copied or used without prior agreement or free purchase.

8. Uptime

Workflow attempts to ensure that SKIP THE LINE is available around the clock throughout the year and cannot be held responsible for SKIP THE LINE being inaccessible. Access to SKIP THE LINE may be paused without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer

Workflow endeavors to ensure that all information contained in SKIP THE LINE, both prices, descriptions and images, is accurate but cannot guarantee that it is accurate and complete. Workflow may change the material on SKIP THE LINE at any time without notice. Workflow is not required to update content regarding Products, including descriptions, pictures and prices, on their own initiative, but will perform such updates and changes at the request of the Restaurateur.

It is solely the responsibility of the Restaurateur to deliver the ordered Products and Workflow cannot guarantee or be held responsible for whether the Products meet the customer's expectations.

Force Majeure: Workflow cannot be held responsible for events, missing events, actions or accidents beyond Workflow's reasonable control.

10. Law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes that may arise are subject to the Danish courts.

If you want to buy and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to offer you our services. 3. The data controller

4. Basis of processing and purpose

We collect your e-mail address and telephone number in order to send you an order confirmation as well as a receipt for the completed order.

When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card data and IP address.

The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment settlement and fulfillment of the contract. When making payments, some of your data will be transferred to Pensopay, including information needed to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products through our Website.

Your information will be deleted 1 year after you receive your item or service.

5. Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

Our Service is hosted by NHL Data, and our payment system is handled by Pensopay, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our Service will be stored in NHL Data's data centers.

We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers are data processors and, in certain cases, process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the data processing requirements of the legislation.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules regarding the protection of your personal data.

6. Your rights

As the registered person, you have a number of rights that we must ensure at all times. You have the right to request the following:

  • - Access to and correction / change of your personal data
  • - Deletion of personal data

In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and you have the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority.
